Advance the reliability, scalability, and automation of Horizon Cloud’s global infrastructure. Build CI/CD pipelines, manage Azure and Kubernetes environments, implement observability with Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, and automate operations with Python and Terraform. Apply SRE, incident response, infrastructure security, and compliance practices while troubleshooting distributed systems. Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive improvements to resilience, developer productivity, and self-healing capabilities.

Leads the Frontline Engineering team responsible for complex customer escalations across the Workspace ONE UEM platform. Builds and mentors engineers, drives root-cause analysis and resolution, improves escalation processes, partners with Product, Quality, Support, and TPM teams, and translates escalation trends into product and testing improvements. Advances AI-assisted diagnostics, automation, and telemetry analysis while tracking operational metrics and reducing recurring customer issues and engineering interruptions.

Design and implement cloud networking solutions for the Blast Protocol, redesign client-server connection establishment, improve connectivity and reliability, build automation frameworks, collaborate across teams, modernize legacy stacks, and apply cloud-native/container-based approaches.
