Own partner ecosystems from partnership signing through customer go-live and steady state. Responsibilities include designing integrations, writing product requirements, coordinating engineering teams, training partner sales and implementation teams, launching initial customers, analyzing adoption constraints, and creating repeatable deployment playbooks. The role combines product ownership, solutions architecture, partner enablement, implementation leadership, and ecosystem growth, with accountability for customer launches, partner autonomy, and ecosystem revenue.

Own and prioritize a customer support queue, diagnose configuration, API, integration, logging, and data-mapping issues, and resolve incidents within SLAs. Serve as a dedicated contact for accounts, provide Tier 2 and 3 partner support, manage compliance operations involving I-9 and E-Verify, and support customer implementations. Build AI agents, automations, knowledge articles, and runbooks to improve support efficiency and prevent recurring issues.

Own embedded platform sales from prospecting through contract signature, targeting staffing, workforce, HCM, and AI hiring platforms. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal teams, conduct technical and business discovery, structure usage-based commercial terms, and close committed-revenue deals. Build pipeline and repeatable sales processes in a startup environment while partnering with product and engineering teams. The role includes up to 25% travel for partner meetings, key deals, and industry events.
