The Senior Client Relationship Manager manages client relationships and partners with Plan Advisors to support financial plan governance, compliance, and client engagement. They ensure high-quality service, organize fiduciary meetings, and review investment reports, while managing workflows in Salesforce and facilitating participant education initiatives.

Manage full-cycle leave administration for multiple clients, ensure compliance with federal/state/local leave laws, advise HR/management on leave policy and accommodations, onboard new clients, produce reports, and identify process efficiencies while providing high-quality customer service.

Lead and elevate the client experience for large, complex employee benefits accounts (3,000+ lives). Own renewals, coordinate carriers/vendors, manage multi-disciplinary service teams, navigate self-funded and alternative funding strategies, resolve escalations, provide strategic guidance, support retention and growth, and mentor junior team members.
