Manages relationships with federal, state, and local tax agencies on behalf of OSV. Responsibilities include handling escalations, negotiating judgments and penalties, ensuring payroll tax compliance, supporting regulatory changes, gathering documentation, coordinating issue resolution, and validating system updates. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, data analysis, and knowledge of payroll tax regulations in outsourced environments.

The Account Executive will engage with existing OSV customers to drive expansion and revenue growth, employing effective selling strategies and maintaining accurate sales data.

Manage COBRA and direct billing operations, including case updates, client onboarding and offboarding, elections and payments, plan and rate changes, carrier communications, HR system submissions, audit requests, and integration-file corrections. The role requires employee benefits and COBRA regulatory knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, confidentiality, process-improvement participation, and independent work in a fast-paced environment.
