Own end-to-end marketing release management for multiple product launches, including planning, timelines, readiness criteria, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, launch communications, and post-release evaluation. Leads OneTrust’s global digital growth strategy across web, SEO/AEO, paid media, conversion optimization, personalization, and analytics. Owns the digital roadmap, budget allocation, experimentation, performance measurement, and operating cadence connecting digital engagement to pipeline and revenue. Builds cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, web, content, analytics, and operations; develops teams and scalable processes; improves high-intent journeys, attribution, discoverability, and conversion efficiency. Guides AI-enabled marketing workflows and represents digital growth in strategic planning and technology decisions.

Provide advanced technical support for OneTrust customers by resolving Level 2 and 3 cases, troubleshooting API integrations, JavaScript, performance, and functionality issues, and investigating logs and stack traces. Collaborate with product teams on root-cause analysis, manage escalations and SLAs, document solutions, create knowledge articles, and maintain expertise in the OneTrust platform and privacy industry. The role also involves using Postman, Datadog, browser developer tools, and potentially Android Studio and Xcode.

Lead AI Governance initiatives with strategic customers, translate customer insights and regulations into product vision and roadmap, guide development of AI inventories, risk management, policy and governance workflows, influence product and engineering execution, drive adoption and measurable business outcomes, and act as trusted advisor on responsible AI and compliance.

Lead technical direction, architecture, and design for major features and related systems. Independently solve complex, ambiguous engineering assignments, collaborate with engineering, Product, and UX teams, establish engineering standards, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers. The role requires broad systems thinking, technical leadership across multiple engineers or systems, and deep frontend or backend expertise with cloud architecture experience.

Provide transactional support for high-volume, complex SaaS commercial contracts. Negotiate and execute agreements, support sales with ad-hoc legal requests, ensure IP, commercial, and finance compliance, update templates, train sales on compliance, and support Commercial & Product Support team projects while keeping current on applicable laws and industry guidance.
