Lead and scale global paid search programs across Google, Microsoft, ChatGPT and other LLM ad platforms. Own strategy, budgets, campaign architecture, bidding, targeting, creative direction, landing page alignment, optimization, reporting, and testing. Build dashboards, improve tracking and attribution, adopt AI-enabled workflows, and partner cross-functionally to drive demand generation and measurable pipeline impact.

Provide transactional support and negotiate high-volume SaaS commercial contracts, advise sales on ad-hoc legal issues, ensure IP/commercial/finance compliance, maintain templates and precedents, deliver compliance training, and support company-wide Commercial & Product Support projects.

Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the West US by developing and executing territory and account plans, qualifying opportunities, accelerating deal velocity with regional sales, managing forecasts, and meeting ACV quotas. Enable and coach partners, communicate partner impact to leadership, and provide regular progress updates while supporting successful customer deployments.

Provide transactional support for high-volume, complex SaaS commercial contracts. Negotiate and execute agreements, support sales with ad-hoc legal requests, ensure IP, commercial, and finance compliance, update templates, train sales on compliance, and support Commercial & Product Support team projects while keeping current on applicable laws and industry guidance.

Lead AI Governance initiatives with strategic customers, translate customer insights and regulations into product vision and roadmap, guide development of AI inventories, risk management, policy and governance workflows, influence product and engineering execution, drive adoption and measurable business outcomes, and act as trusted advisor on responsible AI and compliance.

Lead cross-functional R&D programs and executive operations: track strategic initiatives, maintain dashboards, coordinate VP meetings/offsites and hiring logistics, support OKR and planning, produce executive-facing content and All Hands materials, and manage ad-hoc R&D leadership projects to drive accountability and progress across teams.
