Serves as a liaison between operations and vendors, supports dispute resolution, inspects insurance and regulatory qualifications, and communicates findings and recommended actions. The role also trains personnel on vendor communications and contract requirements, requiring independent work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and up to 60% travel to company locations.

Administer and validate monthly sales incentive plans, including commission calculations, reconciliations, audits, disputes, and payroll approvals. Maintain dashboards and performance reports, analyze quota attainment and revenue trends, and support sales planning, forecasting, territory alignment, and business reviews. Document controls and processes, identify data-quality issues, and assist with automation, system testing, and workflow improvements across Salesforce and reporting platforms while partnering with Sales, Finance, Payroll, HR, and IT.

Leads product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and full lifecycle delivery for logistics, transportation, and operational technology products. Identifies opportunities, develops business cases, prioritizes investments, translates operational needs into requirements, and coordinates cross-functional execution. Uses analytics and business intelligence to improve network efficiency, cost, safety, scalability, reliability, visibility, and customer experience. Evaluates product performance and iterates solutions while aligning operational, technical, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements.
