Inside Sales Representative responsible for prospecting, qualifying, educating, and closing business customers for VoIP solutions. The role requires at least 100 outbound calls daily, consultative selling, objection handling, pipeline management, quota attainment, product presentations, web demos, and CRM updates. The representative will stay informed on telecom trends and identify ways to use AI in daily sales activities. This is an onsite role in Newark, California.

As Regulatory & Corporate Counsel, you will lead compliance initiatives for data privacy and consumer protection, supporting legal and regulatory analysis, and risk management in AI-related products while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, and execute functional and performance test plans and cases for VoIP, networking, mobile and application-based solutions. Build and maintain test labs, use automation and AI-assisted testing tools, track and drive defect resolution, report quality metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve coverage and efficiency.
