Coordinate internal cross-functional teams, manage governance and performance reporting, enable partner capabilities through training and solutions, and represent OpenAI at executive meetings and industry events to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and revenue growth.

Lead and execute full-cycle quantitative and qualitative market research to inform marketing, product, and GTM strategy. Design studies, analyze data (weighting, cleaning, regression), manage vendors, and translate findings into actionable narratives that drive brand, growth, and international expansion.

Research and develop memory and personalization for frontier models: design experiments, build datasets and evaluations, implement and debug research code, and collaborate with research and product teams to deploy personalized agent capabilities.
