Teams at OpenGov

Leads GTM financial planning and strategy across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Owns forecasting, ARR and SaaS metric reporting, GTM P&L management, financial modeling, budget-versus-actual analysis, and executive reporting. Partners with cross-functional leaders on sales capacity, long-range planning, compensation design, and market analysis while improving reporting infrastructure and resolving complex data issues. Mentors junior analysts and communicates actionable insights to executives.

Own a portfolio of approximately 40 government customers, serving as a strategic advisor to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable ROI. Build executive relationships, lead change management, deliver business reviews, monitor portfolio health, identify growth opportunities, and advocate for customer needs across Sales, Product, and Support. Contribute to customer success playbooks and onboarding improvements while supporting complex SaaS transformations.

Generates qualified sales pipeline for OpenGov’s government technology platform through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. The SDR researches territories, manages leads in Salesforce and Outreach, partners with Account Executives, qualifies opportunities, follows up on event leads, collaborates with marketing, attends government events, and communicates OpenGov’s AI and ERP value to public-sector decision-makers.
