Own go-to-market strategy for OpusClip’s flagship AI video product. Lead product launches, sharpen positioning and messaging, collaborate with product and growth teams, translate capabilities into user value, and use performance data to improve adoption and activation. The role requires strong video-editing judgment, hands-on copywriting and demo creation, storytelling, customer insight generation, and comfort working autonomously in an ambiguous startup environment.

Own the AI product roadmap for OpusClip, defining strategy, quality standards, evaluation frameworks, and metrics for generative features. Partner with engineering and design to ship polished AI capabilities at scale, conduct user research, prioritize initiatives, and develop repeatable methods for validating and launching AI-powered products.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles. Partner with hiring managers and founders, develop recruiting strategies, source passive candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and deliver a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced technology startup.
