Build and operate Orchard’s sales operating system. Initially handle account research, CRM administration, proposals, customer materials, deal coordination, and event logistics, then automate and scale these workflows through internal applications, AI-powered tools, integrations, and process improvements. Own CRM architecture, sales playbooks, cross-functional deal execution, sales programs, and systems supporting new markets and hires. The role combines hands-on sales operations with engineering and automation.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and operations roles while building Orchard’s people function from the ground up. Own sourcing, candidate experience, hiring processes, onboarding, HRIS, benefits, leave administration, employment policies, compliance, and culture initiatives. Partner directly with the CEO and functional leaders to scale the organization, strengthen talent systems, and support growth from startup stage to 100-plus employees.

Build and ship major FruitScope OS web application features across the frontend, backend, UI/UX, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Develop scalable systems that transform agricultural data into actionable insights for farmers. Own product problems end to end, collaborate directly with customers, and rapidly improve solutions based on feedback.
