Lead the engineering organization and define technical strategy for mmWave RFIC beamforming products. Design and integrate RF front-end circuits, oversee chip development from architecture through production, manage fabrication and OSAT relationships, recruit and mentor engineers, and collaborate with executives, customers, and business development. The role combines hands-on RFIC design with team building, product delivery, innovation, and operational excellence.

Leads business development for SATCOM beamforming technology, driving design wins, strategic partnerships, customer adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue. Develops go-to-market strategy, positioning, pricing, and customer narratives while engaging satellite operators, terminal OEMs, integrators, government organizations, and industry partners. Represents the company at strategic events and supports investor engagement and government funding initiatives.

Lead technical business development for SATCOM and RF semiconductor products. Identify and qualify phased-array design-in opportunities, guide customers through evaluation, design review, technical validation, production qualification, and volume ramp. Build strategic partnerships, manage pipeline and forecasts, shape go-to-market strategy, translate customer requirements into product roadmap inputs, and support negotiations and design wins. Represent the company at industry events and contribute technical content to government funding proposals.

Design and validate mmWave RFIC front-end blocks for beamformer chips, including PAs, LNAs, phase shifters, VGAs, mixers, and transceiver chains. Responsibilities include transistor-level simulation, full-custom layout oversight, post-layout EM analysis, chip architecture, tapeout, silicon bring-up, characterization, debugging, documentation, and mentoring junior designers.

Own RF and system-level testing, characterization, and validation of mmWave RFICs and phased-array platforms. Design automated bench and over-the-air test plans, build evaluation systems and RF signal chains, perform electromagnetic and system simulations, develop evaluation kits and reference designs, and maintain calibration and measurement infrastructure. Collaborate with RFIC designers and customers to translate test results into product and integration improvements.

Design and validate mmWave RFIC front-end blocks including PAs, LNAs, phase shifters, VGAs, and mixers. Perform transistor-level simulation, full-custom layout oversight, post-layout extraction, EM analysis, and chip-level architecture. Support tapeout, silicon bring-up, characterization, and debugging. Collaborate with founding engineers, contribute to design reviews and documentation, and mentor junior designers.
