Own and execute paid user acquisition across a portfolio of consumer apps. Strengthen attribution and measurement (AppsFlyer, SKAN, Amplitude), run channel-level paid campaigns, perform incrementality and geo experiments, integrate subscription cohort economics into bidding, build forecasts and executive reporting, and scale highest-performing channels while partnering with ASO, Brand, Product, Finance, and BI.

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for MapMy's mobile and web experiences, using AI tools, mentoring designers, and aligning strategy with business goals.

Leads audience research, advertising effectiveness, brand lift studies, and first-party audience analysis. Partners with Sales, Creative Strategy, Media Planning, and leadership to develop actionable insights, sales narratives, measurement strategies, presentations, and client recommendations. Manages research vendors, budgets, contracts, and methodologies while scaling research tools, dashboards, benchmarks, and best practices across the organization.
