Designs, builds, tests, and evolves enterprise AI agents, workflows, services, and applications. Owns technical decisions, architecture, scalability, security, responsible AI guardrails, and technical debt. Collaborates with product, UX, and engineering teams, conducts code reviews, communicates designs, and mentors junior engineers. Requires strong experience with production AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and software development, with preferred expertise in C#, .NET, Python, containers, cloud deployment, and scalable APIs.

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will lead service onboarding, maintain SLAs/SLOs, design secure infrastructure, automate operational tasks, and respond to incidents while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Build trusted enterprise customer relationships, drive OutSystems adoption, provide technical guidance, review architectures, prevent issues, support upgrades, communicate product roadmaps, and advocate for customer needs. The role requires coordinating with Sales, Support, R&D, and Professional Services while helping development teams improve solution quality and technology proficiency.
