The Support Specialist II is responsible for managing support tickets, providing partner support via multiple channels, and collaborating with teams to improve customer experience and platform functionality.

The Solutions Engineer will support sales and onboarding for partners, guiding them through technical discovery, integrations, and implementation of Overflow's philanthropy platform.

Execute People Ops systems across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, recognition, benefits, offboarding, and HRIS maintenance. Manage events, vendor relations, travel, budgets, and reconciliations. Support IT asset management, partner with Head of People and Finance, and steward culture and recognition programs to embed company values.
