Leads a 10+ person engineering organization developing AI-powered revenue cycle management products for dental practices. Sets technical vision, architectural standards, engineering processes, staffing plans, and cross-functional priorities while supporting 0-to-1 product development and platform scaling. The role requires hands-on technical credibility, experience with LLM products, cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, agile practices, hiring, mentorship, and communication with senior leadership.

Lead and develop a team of nine Technical Support Engineers while remaining hands-on with escalations, log analysis, integration failures, and configuration issues. Own SLA performance, AI-assisted triage tooling, support playbooks, and workflow improvements. Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and onboarding teams to resolve technical issues, improve customer experience, and establish scalable support processes.

Own People Operations systems and programs, including Rippling administration, multi-state payroll, benefits, HRIS data integrity, onboarding, offboarding, policies, and employee support. Coordinate international EoR onboarding, automate workflows with AI, and manage San Mateo workplace operations, vendors, events, supplies, and AV. The role requires strong process ownership, discretion, communication, and experience in startup or high-growth environments.
