Manage inside sales activities for plumbing products, including customer inquiries, product recommendations, quotations, submittals, order processing, account management, and customer relationship development. Coordinate with outside sales, warehouse, purchasing, and branch leadership to support fulfillment and increase sales. Provide counter sales support, maintain accurate transaction records, and train employees on plumbing products and procedures.

Develops new business, grows existing waterworks accounts, and manages relationships with underground contractors, municipalities, and vendors. Supports bidding and project follow-up, conducts job-site visits, provides pricing guidance, shares market intelligence, and coordinates with estimating, project management, vendors, and branch teams to meet customer needs and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
