Oversees day-to-day rehab department operations across assigned facility(ies): supervises therapists and aides, manages scheduling, documentation, billing, regulatory compliance, program development, staff training, productivity standards, and coordinates inpatient/outpatient care. Ensures quality outcomes, fosters facility relationships, and may travel to assigned sites.

Lead staff education and infection prevention for a skilled nursing facility. Develop and monitor training programs, ensure regulatory compliance, support staffing and QAPI initiatives, oversee infection control, hire and onboard staff, and provide direct resident care as needed while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Prepare meal trays, assist with dietary department tasks (including dishwashing), and support resident nutrition needs in a skilled nursing/post-acute facility. Work full-time as part of the care team to help provide quality resident care.

Coordinate and complete Minimum Data Sets (MDS 3.0) accurately and on time per regulations and facility practices. Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to ensure proper documentation, compliance, and resident care planning in a skilled nursing facility.

Provide direct nursing care to residents on the AM shift: administer medications and treatments, monitor and report condition changes, complete EMR documentation, supervise CNAs, and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Direct daily operations of a nursing facility to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care. Oversee staffing, budgets, policy development, vendor contracts, quality assurance, risk management, surveys/deficiency correction, community relations, and capital improvements. Manage multi-level staff and coordinate with HR, clinical, finance, and therapy teams.
