Leads Helium 10’s global product management function across the United States and China. Owns roadmap development, innovation delivery, customer discovery, AI-native product development, and direct-to-consumer and omnichannel expansion. Manages product managers, drives cross-functional execution with engineering and design, partners on commercialization, and ensures initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. Requires deep marketplace and SaaS expertise, strong customer discovery skills, analytical rigor, and experience launching net-new products.

Leads strategic relationships with enterprise brands and agencies, oversees complex retail media strategies across paid search and display, and manages a team of account professionals. Develops growth plans, budgets, marketing calendars, performance reporting, test-and-learn programs, and executive business reviews. Uses Pacvue, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and measurement tools to optimize advertising performance, identify incremental sales opportunities, and improve client outcomes. Serves as a subject matter expert and partners cross-functionally on escalations, product improvements, and process efficiency.

Own strategic relationships with enterprise brands and agencies, serving as a senior advisor on retail media growth. Develop and execute paid search and display strategies across major retail platforms, recommend budgets, analyze performance, identify opportunities, and present executive-level recommendations. Use Pacvue, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and measurement tools to optimize campaigns and deliver insights. Mentor teammates, provide thought leadership, support cross-functional resolution, and improve workflows through technology and AI.
