Lead multidisciplinary mechanical engineering projects from design through construction, delivering HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy modeling solutions. Produce calculations, narratives, drawings, and specifications; manage project teams, budgets, schedules, client coordination, site visits, and quality management. Provide technical direction, mentorship, and may serve as Project Manager or Engineer of Record with approval.

Lead electrical engineering discipline on complex building projects: manage teams, produce deliverables (narratives, calculations, drawings, specs), perform system analysis (load flow, short circuit, arc flash) using Easy Power, ensure code compliance, coordinate interdisciplinary work, mentor staff, manage budgets and client relationships through construction.

Design and produce mechanical system layouts for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection using Revit/AutoCAD. Perform load calculations, equipment selection, code application, prepare deliverables, support leads on cost estimates, attend site visits, interact with clients, and implement project quality plans.

Design electrical distribution, lighting, and power systems using Revit/AutoCAD and Easy Power. Prepare load calculations, equipment selection, specifications, deliverables, and cost opinions.
