Lead and mentor project teams delivering electrical design for buildings: prepare calculations, drawings, specs; perform load, short-circuit and arc-flash analysis with EasyPower; coordinate interdisciplinary work, perform site visits and reports, ensure code compliance, manage budget and schedule, and update standards and specifications.

Lead mechanical design from concept through construction for complex building systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, energy modeling). Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality; coordinate teams and clients; perform calculations, equipment selection, site visits, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Lead multidisciplinary mechanical engineering projects from design through construction, delivering HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy modeling solutions. Produce calculations, narratives, drawings, and specifications; manage project teams, budgets, schedules, client coordination, site visits, and quality management. Provide technical direction, mentorship, and may serve as Project Manager or Engineer of Record with approval.
