Lead day-to-day execution of electrical engineering projects, coordinating disciplines and clients to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget. Provide technical leadership, act as Project Manager or Engineer of Record when approved, mentor staff, maintain client relationships, enforce quality plans, update standards, and present work externally. Use Revit/AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; track performance and manage project financials.

Design electrical distribution, lighting, and power systems using Revit/AutoCAD and Easy Power. Prepare load calculations, equipment selection, specs, deliverables, cost opinions, site visit reports, and coordinate with clients and project teams under a lead engineer.

Lead mechanical engineering project delivery from concept through construction administration. Prepare calculations, narratives, drawings, and specifications; oversee equipment selection, interdisciplinary coordination, site visits, and quality management. Build and manage project teams, develop workplans, mentor staff, and maintain standards while cultivating client relationships and ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, codes, and performance goals.
