Lead strategic procurement for software, SaaS, cloud, and professional services suppliers. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams on vendor strategy, renewals, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and high-value contract negotiations. Optimize procure-to-pay and source-to-contract workflows using AI, automation, analytics, Coupa, and CLM tools. Develop category strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and support procurement process and system improvements as an independent contributor.

Design and manage automated commercial lifecycle programs across email, in-app, and Slack to drive customer awareness, adoption, expansion, and retention. Analyze engagement and usage data, run A/B tests, optimize journeys, and translate findings into recommendations for leadership. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Analytics while using AI tools and automation platforms to prototype, scale, and improve customer programs.

Leads Americas sales and customer success operations, including planning, forecasting, pipeline and renewal governance, operating cadences, coverage models, customer lifecycle processes, metrics, and strategic go-to-market initiatives. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, People, IT, and Applications to improve productivity, systems, automation, and decision-making. Manages and develops a team while advising senior and executive leadership.
