Manage full-cycle accounts payable: process and verify vendor invoices, perform three-way matches, run weekly payments (checks/ACH/wires), maintain vendor records, reconcile statements, support month- and year-end close, assist audits, and collaborate with Purchasing/Receiving to resolve payment issues.

Lead execution of email, organic social, and content campaigns aligned with event marketing. Manage Klaviyo operations, segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics. Collaborate with agencies and creative teams to produce copy and visuals, optimize marketing systems, and use data to refine channel strategy and campaign performance.
