Deploy production AI agents for supply chain customers by designing integrations, building workflows, debugging systems, and improving reliability. The role partners directly with customer operators, engineers, and executives; connects agents to APIs, systems, and data; evaluates agent quality; and converts deployment learnings into reusable product capabilities. Work includes agent behavior, application logic, data, security, observability, and production operations.

Owns end-to-end field marketing programs, including industry events, executive dinners, customer roundtables, activations, ABM, out-of-home, and guerrilla campaigns. Partners with Sales and Marketing to target accounts, coordinate outreach, manage budgets and vendors, analyze pipeline and program performance, and build repeatable playbooks. The role requires independently executing multiple programs weekly, solving live-event issues, and connecting marketing activities to revenue, customer relationships, and brand growth.

Own high-impact growth and strategy initiatives for Pallet, including channel partnerships, value-based pricing, business-case development, sales enablement, executive and investor networks, events, and commercial strategy. The role works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to improve GTM execution, activate partnerships, influence pricing, and increase the output of commercial and deployment teams.
