Provide on-site technical support to students, faculty, and staff: install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, servers, AV and multimedia systems, cabling, and network workstation connections. Log and escalate service tickets, perform inventory control, assist with AV room design/installation, join/remove computers in Active Directory, and serve on-call as needed.

Coordinate and manage grant-funded program activities including compliance, budgeting, reporting, partner coordination, data collection and analysis, needs assessments, and outreach. Travel to partner sites and support evaluation of program outcomes. Continued employment contingent on grant funding.

Sell tickets and process payments for theatre events, provide clerical support (filing, copying, phone response), assist patrons and theatre user groups, operate office equipment and ticketing software, reconcile cash drawers, and perform other assigned customer service and administrative duties.

Design and develop instructional strategies, course materials, and assessments; consult and train faculty on LMS and authoring tools; manage course development lifecycle and schedules; maintain course shells and reusable learning objects; evaluate instructional effectiveness; research and recommend multimedia and delivery technologies; conduct needs assessments and faculty workshops; ensure online course certification and reaffirmation.

Lead and manage trade and industry programs including strategic planning, fiscal oversight, curriculum development, staff supervision, student and faculty advising, partnerships with community agencies, program promotion, data analysis, and ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness.

Process student emergency funding requests, payments, and checks using Workday; track and report fund usage; maintain records and ensure compliance with college policies, FERPA, and HIPAA; respond to vendor and stakeholder inquiries and provide public-facing program information.

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for assigned college programs, manage fiscal and administrative tasks, supervise staff and faculty, develop curriculum and materials, liaise with community partners, analyze program data, promote courses, and ensure compliance and effective program delivery.

Lead institutional research, reporting, and business intelligence to support planning, accreditation, enrollment, and compliance. Supervise IR/analytics staff, develop dashboards and predictive analyses, manage state/federal reporting, and advise leadership using data-driven insights.

Administers and supports college enrollment systems: troubleshoot production issues, implement updates and integrations, configure workflows, test changes, document and train users, evaluate business requirements, and process student enrollment procedures.

Facilitate and process degree conferrals, review academic records (transfer credit, substitutions, prior learning), troubleshoot degree audits, enforce policies, collaborate across departments to resolve graduation issues, maintain FERPA-compliant records, support data reporting, and perform diploma and related administrative tasks including occasional nights and weekends.

Provide leadership and supervision for NJCAA Division II/I athletic and club programs. Oversee coaching, gameday operations, budgets, facilities, compliance (NJCAA, FCSAA, Title IX), fundraising, community relations, and staff development. Serve as head coach when assigned and ensure safety, risk management, and program growth across campuses.

Oversee the Business discipline by managing class scheduling, curriculum, faculty supervision, budgets, and academic operations. Support faculty development, resolve student academic concerns, coordinate program reviews and articulation, promote instructional technology, conduct data-informed planning, represent the college in community activities, and chair committees.

Designs, administers, optimizes, secures, and manages enterprise VoIP and unified communications across multiple campuses. Ensures availability, redundancy, disaster recovery, and compliance; leads migrations to cloud/hybrid telephony; integrates E911 and directory/identity systems; mentors staff; coordinates vendors; performs advanced troubleshooting and after-hours maintenance as needed.
