Provide comprehensive academic, vocational, and personal advising to low-income and potential first-generation college students. Administer assessments, guide program selection and registration, deliver outreach and workshops, coordinate program goals and referrals, maintain community partnerships, and support recruitment and retention. Work includes varied schedules (nights/weekends), occasional travel for trainings, and assistance across multiple communication channels to help students achieve educational goals.

Lead design, administration, optimization, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise VoIP and unified communications across multiple campuses. Plan and implement cloud/hybrid telephony migrations, ensure redundancy and disaster recovery, integrate E911 and directory/identity systems, mentor staff, coordinate vendors, perform advanced troubleshooting, and participate in change management and after-hours support to maintain service availability and compliance.

Process emergency financial funding requests and payments using Workday; track and report fund usage; maintain disbursement records; ensure compliance with college policies, FERPA, and HIPAA; respond to vendor and stakeholder inquiries; provide public and student-facing information; perform related administrative tasks for a grant-funded program.
