Provide on-site technical support to students, faculty, and staff: install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, servers, AV and multimedia systems, cabling, and network workstation connections. Log and escalate service tickets, perform inventory control, assist with AV room design/installation, join/remove computers in Active Directory, and serve on-call as needed.

Coordinate and manage grant-funded program activities including compliance, budgeting, reporting, partner coordination, data collection and analysis, needs assessments, and outreach. Travel to partner sites and support evaluation of program outcomes. Continued employment contingent on grant funding.

Sell tickets and process payments for theatre events, provide clerical support (filing, copying, phone response), assist patrons and theatre user groups, operate office equipment and ticketing software, reconcile cash drawers, and perform other assigned customer service and administrative duties.
