Remote contract attorney to analyze claim documents, prepare detailed written responses, handle complex claimant and counsel inquiries by phone, and provide high-quality client service while receiving direction from project leadership on product liability class action and mass tort matters.

Support Project Managers with project execution, client communication, reporting, documentation, internal coordination, deadline tracking, forecasting, and training. Act as backup PM, liaise with internal teams, ensure deliverables meet quality and budget, and support special projects and process documentation.

Perform remote review and analysis of legal documents, claim forms, contracts, and supporting materials; respond to complex client inquiries; follow project protocols and feedback; monitor claims and case health; assist supervisors with issue resolution; support quality assurance, deadlines, and client-focused outcomes.
