Lead end-to-end product design for intuitive, accessible digital products. Translate user and business requirements into responsive web experiences, conduct research and usability testing, create prototypes and design systems, interpret qualitative and quantitative data, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and customers. The role requires strong visual and interaction design, AI-assisted workflow experience, independent leadership, and the ability to manage complex initiatives and ambiguity.

Designs, deploys, and maintains Azure cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, and production systems. Responsibilities include improving reliability, scalability, security, performance, and cost efficiency; troubleshooting complex incidents; supporting migrations and modernization; developing automation; and collaborating with development, QA, security, and business teams on software delivery and operational readiness.

Performs automated and manual testing for mission-critical software, including component, integration, system, acceptance, database, API, and multi-tier application testing. Develops test plans, maintains automation, validates SQL data, reports quality metrics, investigates defects, and collaborates with engineering and business stakeholders in Agile Scrum environments. Provides QA leadership and mentorship while supporting enterprise, legacy modernization, greenfield, and high-availability initiatives.
