Teams at Parafin

Supports product operations for fintech capital products, focusing on payments, fraud, and merchant risk. Responsibilities include evaluating risk, reviewing high-priority merchants, troubleshooting payment issues, improving and automating operational processes, coordinating with support, data science, compliance, and engineering teams, investigating fraud, analyzing data, and documenting processes.

Serve as a senior HR generalist and independent individual contributor, partnering with leadership on people programs, employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and organizational design. Own onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, HRIS data integrity, compliance, and scalable process development. Advise managers, support California employment law compliance, execute review and compensation cycles, and help build Parafin’s People function from an early stage.

Drive platform partnership sales from prospecting through closing, build and manage pipelines, negotiate agreements, present Parafin’s embedded fintech solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and leadership teams. Help establish the company’s partnership strategy, sales motion, and prospect experience while developing expertise in Parafin’s products and value proposition.
