Own end-to-end technical recruiting for an early-stage healthcare AI startup: source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers/closing, design interviews, run talent brand/community programs, apply AI sourcing and ATS discipline, measure recruiting metrics, and support people ops and onboarding.

Build and expand a production agent platform that uses LLMs to automate patient workflows (voice, fax, scheduling, refills). Design conversation/voice UX, backend infrastructure, evaluation and guardrails for safe agent behavior, and ship rapid customer-facing features while ensuring HIPAA-quality reliability.

Lead engineering for Platform and FDE pods as a hands-on player-coach. Responsibilities include making technical decisions, shipping backend-leaning full-stack code, scaling infrastructure and audio streaming systems, driving ML experimentation, mentoring engineers, and supporting sprint and roadmap planning. The role begins at 70% individual contribution and transitions toward 70% technical leadership, with potential progression into engineering management.
