Own end-to-end accounting including month-end close, financial reporting, technical accounting, audits, tax, and statutory compliance. The Research Engineer will enhance the core research product by shaping model architecture and training strategies, focusing on production-ready research.

Own end-to-end growth: design and prioritize funnel experiments, run A/B tests on the marketing site, optimize signup-to-activation and PLG onboarding, manage paid channels (Google Ads), instrument analytics and tag events, and collaborate with marketing, design, and product to ship and iterate quickly.

Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A and marketing roles at an early-stage startup. Partner with hiring managers and founders to define roles, build interview loops and hiring systems, source and close senior candidates, report on pipeline health, and drive compensation benchmarking and playbooks to scale hiring.

Provide product-focused privacy and data protection counsel across the lifecycle. Own the privacy program (policies, DPAs, data mapping), ensure GDPR/CCPA and state law compliance, advise on data collection/retention/consent and privacy-by-design, negotiate DPAs and data licensing, and build templates, playbooks, and self-service tools to scale privacy work.

Manage technical marketing for Parallel's APIs, create content and collateral, and support product launches targeting developers and businesses.
