About us

Parallel is a web infrastructure company. Our products are used by leading businesses in sales, marketing, insurance, and coding to build best-in-class AI agents with flexible and powerful programmatic access to the web.

We've raised $230 million from Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Khosla Ventures, First Round, and Terrain to build the web for AIs. We're currently valued at $2 billion and we're forming a world-class team of engineers, designers, marketers, sellers, researchers, and operational experts to achieve our mission.

Job: You'll lead Parallel's enterprise sales team, working alongside the most talent-dense GTM leaders and ICs in the business. You'll carry a piece of the pipeline yourself, running discovery and closing cycles with enterprise buyers so your coaching comes from doing the work, not just watching it. These are six-to-twelve month cycles with a buying committee instead of a buyer — security review, procurement, legal redlines, a champion who has to sell internally for you when you're not in the room. You'll sharpen the playbook for navigating that process without losing momentum, build the ramp and coaching rhythm that gets new reps productive fast, and scale the team as pipeline grows. You'll partner with the head of Recruiting to build a dream team and with the head of GTM on segmentation. You're accountable for pipeline coverage, ramp time, and win rates across your team — not just your own number.

You: Have led an enterprise sales team for at least 4 years and know how to navigate a room with a CTO or VP without blinking. You've run deals through security reviews, procurement, and multi-stakeholder legal negotiations, and you know how to keep a champion engaged and a deal alive through a six-month lull. You've sold to technical buyers and can hold your own in a conversation about LLMs, agents, or RAG without a technical co-pilot in the room. You know the difference between coaching someone through a deal and doing it for them, and you'd rather build reps up than carry them. You create your own pipeline instead of waiting for it, and you're allergic to hand-holding, both giving and receiving it. You want to take an existing team further, not inherit a blank slate or a fully solved function.
