Manage a portfolio of mortgage lender clients to drive renewals, adoption, and upsell of the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP). Act as trusted advisor and client advocate, deliver business reviews, coordinate with Implementation and Support, track account health and pipeline in CRM, and surface feedback to Product and Sales.

Maintain accurate accounting records, post journal entries, perform monthly reconciliations, manage AR and revenue recognition under US GAAP, support audits, calculate commissions, and drive process improvements.
