Design generalized solutions for cross-product needs, develop data-intensive applications and pipelines, lead complex technical initiatives across stakeholders, and deliver scalable, maintainable software in a fast-paced environment.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for R&D roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data. Source passive candidates, partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership, manage candidate experience and offer negotiations, and use compensation data to close senior hires. Build pipelines, track recruiting metrics in Greenhouse and Gem, improve interview processes, train interviewers, and apply AI-powered tools to research, personalize outreach, and summarize pipelines.
