Own Pave’s go-to-market enablement program, including onboarding, certification, ongoing training, product launch enablement, instructional content, assessments, and AI training. Build role-based learning paths, develop compensation and total rewards curricula, measure ramp and field readiness, track completion and certification outcomes, and convert field feedback into prioritized product input. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Account Management, and Customer Success while executing and iterating on the program.

Drive complex enterprise sales cycles and six-figure deals for Pave’s compensation platform. Build strategic account plans, engage HR and Finance executives, develop business cases, collaborate with Product, Engineering, SDR, and Customer Success teams, influence roadmap decisions, and help scale the enterprise sales playbook and go-to-market strategy.

Prospect and generate qualified pipeline through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), research target accounts, qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings, and maintain accurate CRM data while partnering with Account Executives and using AI-powered sales tools to prioritize outreach.
