Lead the cloud infrastructure and developer platform teams to design, build, and operate secure, scalable, cost-efficient cloud-native platforms. Set architecture and processes for CI/CD, IaC, reliability, incident management, and developer productivity. Partner with product, security, and exec leadership to prioritize infrastructure investments, drive cross-team initiatives, and grow engineering leadership.

Lead the cloud infrastructure and developer platform team to define and execute strategy for cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, and shared services. Drive large-scale infrastructure projects emphasizing reliability, scalability, security, cost optimization, and operational excellence. Establish processes, ownership models, incident management practices, and technical standards. Partner across Product, Security, Compliance, Finance, and Exec leadership to prioritize investments and recruit, mentor, and retain engineering leaders and senior ICs.

The Principal Product Manager for Identity will lead the strategy and execution of customer verification and onboarding, working cross-functionally to create secure identity solutions that balance risk and user experience.
