Leads enterprise AI strategy and product management across PayPal’s highest-priority initiatives. Establishes product vision, strategy, customer-focused requirements, analytics, and operating mechanisms that improve efficiency, visibility, and outcomes. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, influences architectural roadmaps, balances regulatory and business considerations, oversees product profitability, and scales AI capabilities. The role also supports AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI practices in a regulated fintech environment.

Designs, builds, and operates AWS cloud networking and routing infrastructure, including VPCs, transit gateways, load balancers, CDN, WAF, ingress, and service mesh systems. Develops Terraform infrastructure as code, troubleshoots network and TLS incidents, supports edge services through on-call rotation, and documents operational practices. Partners with SRE, security, and product engineering teams while mentoring engineers and driving technical best practices.

Leads enterprise-wide accounting and business process transformation, including process design, optimization, governance, compliance, performance measurement, user acceptance testing, and change management. Partners with senior leaders to resolve complex process challenges, implement Lean or Six Sigma improvements, establish standards, and deliver measurable gains in efficiency, quality, cost, and productivity. Mentors teams and presents process insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
