Lead strategic product marketing for a product area: define positioning, messaging frameworks, GTM and launch strategy, leverage AI for market and competitive intelligence, drive cross-functional alignment with Sales/Product/CS, influence pricing and revenue strategy, mentor team members, and measure market impact against business KPIs.

Design, implement, and maintain performant, available, and secure database systems. Administer and optimize PostgreSQL and MariaDB, manage replication and Pgpool-II, develop stored procedures, tune SQL, automate deployments, create runbooks, support dev teams and on-call incident response, and collaborate across product and engineering teams.

Lead end-to-end program management for concurrent Information Security, IT/infrastructure, and Enterprise AI initiatives. Build and maintain project plans, RACI matrices, dashboards, and executive reporting; identify and mitigate risks; coordinate cross-functional working sessions; track action items and metrics; and drive follow-through to deliver programs on schedule.
