Own and deliver a product surface end-to-end within PayZen's provider and partner platform. Build reliable, AI-native features in a compliance-regulated environment (HIPAA/PCI-DSS/SOC 2), identify gaps, write clear stakeholder-facing documentation, mentor junior engineers, participate in hiring, and automate shared tooling.

Leads PayZen’s enterprise sales lifecycle across health systems, driving new account acquisition, expansion, forecasting rigor, executive engagement, and strategic account ownership. Builds a high-performing enterprise sales organization, establishes operating processes, develops leaders, manages complex healthcare buying committees, and partners with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and RevOps. The role requires significant travel to health systems, industry events, and the Bay Area.

Senior individual contributor who designs and operates cross-system provider and partner platforms. Drives end-to-end workstreams, mentors peers, shapes product direction, and builds shared tools. Ensures reliability and compliance (HIPAA/PCI-DSS/SOC 2) while using AI-native approaches to scale impact.
