Lead Strategic Finance including FP&A, budgeting, long-range planning, liquidity forecasting, reporting cadence, and board reporting. Partner with GTM and Product on pricing and unit economics, drive capital raise execution, build and mentor the finance team, and champion AI and automation to scale forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

Senior individual contributor who designs and operates cross-system provider and partner platforms. Drives end-to-end workstreams, mentors peers, shapes product direction, and builds shared tools. Ensures reliability and compliance (HIPAA/PCI-DSS/SOC 2) while using AI-native approaches to scale impact.

Own and deliver a product surface end-to-end within PayZen's provider and partner platform. Build reliable, AI-native features in a compliance-regulated environment (HIPAA/PCI-DSS/SOC 2), identify gaps, write clear stakeholder-facing documentation, mentor junior engineers, participate in hiring, and automate shared tooling.
