Provides hands-on IT support for the Burlingame office, including help desk services, workstation provisioning, endpoint management, onboarding and offboarding, asset tracking, network and Wi-Fi support, SaaS administration, identity and access management, conference room AV, and light cabling. Supports endpoint security, compliance evidence gathering, vendor relationships, and cross-site IT alignment while assisting engineers with high-compute workstations and specialized tools.

Supports sourcing, supplier research and onboarding, NPI material readiness, logistics planning, cost optimization, and supply chain reporting for sodium-ion battery energy storage products. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams on pilot builds and supplier initiatives while gaining experience building a global supply chain.

Lead Peak Energy’s full commercial sales lifecycle for utility-scale and distributed sodium-ion energy storage opportunities across the U.S. Build pipelines, develop strategic relationships with utilities, developers, IPPs, EPCs, and corporate energy buyers, and negotiate complex agreements. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams to create customer proposals, communicate market feedback, represent the company at industry events, and drive adoption of its grid storage systems.
