Teams at Peak Energy

Support mechanical design of utility-scale sodium-ion energy storage systems, collaborating with analysis, manufacturing, and test teams. Design enclosures, plastics, conductors, and harnessing; prototype, validate, and transition products to mass production while iterating through testing and field deployment.

Support testing and functional verification of energy storage systems and power electronics: develop test plans, set up and run tests, analyze data, perform root-cause investigations, design test infrastructure, collaborate with design/simulation/manufacturing teams, document results, and drive automation and improvements.

Lead electrical architecture, integration, and deployment of utility-scale energy storage sites. Perform power systems studies (load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, grounding), define integration and SCADA requirements, ensure grid-code compliance, support supplier selection, commissioning, and site issue resolution, and maintain customer-facing documentation.
