Design, build, and scale backend and serverless applications that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers; troubleshoot production issues; participate in technical and code reviews; maintain high engineering standards; and mentor junior developers. The role requires in-office work in Palo Alto Monday through Wednesday.

Leads Pebl’s data strategy, infrastructure, engineering, governance, analytics, and AI integration. Owns scalable data pipelines and security for global employment and compliance data, translates insights into business outcomes, embeds AI across products and internal workflows, communicates with executives and the board, and recruits and develops a high-performing data organization. The role requires extensive technical experience, cross-functional partnership, and in-office collaboration in Palo Alto Monday through Wednesday.

Lead architecture and development of scalable full-stack growth systems and AI-powered product experiences. Build and maintain applications using React, TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS serverless technologies. Establish engineering standards, champion AI-native development with Claude Code and Codex, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, resolve production issues, and ensure system quality, reliability, and performance.
