Manages B2B corporate relationships for AIU’s Education Alliance Center. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, conducting needs analyses, negotiating agreements, developing strategic account plans, coordinating internal resources, supporting employee communication programs, maintaining client databases, and delivering strong customer service. The role requires higher education sales experience, Fortune 1000 relationship development, formal sales training, executive communication skills, and travel up to 50%.

Handles inbound and outbound calls with prospective students, uses scripts and multiple contact systems, screens inquiries, qualifies prospects, and warm-transfers them to admissions advisors. Maintains accurate records, meets call-quality and conversion metrics, follows schedules, supports marketing call tracking, and adapts to new scripts and processes. Evening and weekend flexibility may be required.

Advise students on financial aid options and Title IV eligibility via phone, email, and messaging. Evaluate documentation, calculate tuition and awards, ensure compliance with federal, state, military/VA and institutional rules, and maintain service metrics while reviewing ongoing eligibility.
