Leads Pendo’s full growth marketing engine, including demand generation, paid and organic acquisition, website optimization, analytics, attribution, experimentation, lifecycle programs, and product-led growth. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and executives to drive qualified pipeline, product adoption, retention, and revenue. Builds and scales a high-performing growth organization across performance marketing, SEO/GEO, analytics, website, and lifecycle functions.

Own strategic enterprise accounts across pre-sales, implementation, adoption, expansion, and technical escalation. Lead technical evaluations, complex deployments, integrations, training, and value realization while connecting technical execution to retention, expansion, and ROI. Partner with account teams and executive stakeholders, resolve ambiguous challenges, create playbooks, coach peers, and improve team workflows. Use AI tools for research, content creation, and automation while serving as a trusted technical advisor.

Lead Enterprise product marketing: develop positioning and messaging, partner with Product/Sales/Marketing, run AI-enabled GTM experiments, conduct market research and competitive analysis, create enterprise collateral, support strategic deals and enablement, and iterate on campaigns to drive pipeline.

Lead the marketing strategy and go-to-market for Novus, a new product for developers, focusing on community building, messaging, and acquisition strategies.
