Provides technical leadership for brokerage and RIA technology platforms, defining architecture, standards, roadmaps, and reusable AWS serverless data-integration capabilities. Leads complex cross-team initiatives, architecture reviews, technical risk resolution, and solution delivery while remaining hands-on. Partners with business, product, cybersecurity, and engineering leaders, mentors senior engineers, evaluates emerging technologies, and promotes scalable, secure, observable, and reliable engineering practices.

Lead reliability strategy and architecture for distributed systems in a regulated financial environment. Design automation, observability, SLOs, SLIs, incident response, CI/CD, deployment, rollback, and release practices. Lead major incident response and root cause analysis, improve operational tooling, assess change risk, ensure compliance, and mentor engineers while influencing application and platform architecture.

The Solution Manager coordinates complex business and technology initiatives across multiple teams. Responsibilities include initiative readiness, quarterly planning, cross-team coordination, dependency and risk management, delivery monitoring, dashboards, reporting, retrospectives, and continuous improvement. The role aligns stakeholders, facilitates planning and issue resolution, improves execution visibility, and supports predictable delivery without owning portfolio strategy, funding, or resource allocation.
