Own product end-to-end: identify problems, design and ship rapid MVPs, work with engineering and data, validate with instructors and students, and iterate to scale adoption.

Build a full-stack AI grading and tutoring platform, deliver an enterprise-ready MVP, and automate business systems. Work across backend (Python/FastAPI/Postgres), frontend (React/Typescript), infra (GCP/Cloud Run/Firebase), and mobile (Capacitor). Contribute to rapid iteration, clean tested code, and deployment pipelines.

Source and identify strong-fit candidates for hiring roles at partner Seed-Series B startups. The role involves talent sourcing for Builders’ startup clients and is fully remote, with optional access to the San Francisco office.
