Fall 2026 full-time, in-person Growth internship based in San Francisco. The role may convert to a full-time growth position after successful completion of the internship.

Own growth for Builders’ two-sided talent marketplace by creating acquisition loops, referral programs, community events, social media campaigns, conferences, and brand initiatives. The role requires developing creative campaigns, attracting top candidates and companies, contributing technical tools, setting KPI-driven experiments, prioritizing by ROI, and building a strong builder community.

Build and own technical recruiting for Pensive and partner companies. Responsibilities include defining roles, sourcing candidates, coordinating evaluations, closing offers, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The recruiter will also develop recruiting strategy, processes, systems, and tooling while operating autonomously in a fast-changing environment. The role requires hiring senior and staff-level engineers and using AI, automation, and emerging tools to improve recruiting workflows.
