Teams at Penske Truck Leasing

Manage sales and operations at a Penske branch while developing customer solutions, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, managing vehicle inventory, and balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role includes training across sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology, along with driving Penske vehicles and meeting DOT safety and compliance requirements.

Perform preventative maintenance and major/minor repairs on truck and trailer equipment, diagnose engines/transmissions/differentials, perform road tests, maintain safe and clean work areas, use Penske tools and diagnostics to log repairs, mentor others, complete assigned projects, comply with DOT/OSHA safety rules, and participate in required training.

Coordinate emergency roadside assistance through high-volume inbound/outbound customer and service-provider communications, document interactions, troubleshoot breakdowns, escalate complex events, and complete ongoing training to minimize downtime and cost.
