Temporary Recruiter responsible for full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, production, and technical roles. Duties include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding support, hiring-manager partnership, interview coordination, candidate communication, and maintaining accurate Paycom applicant-tracking data. The role requires at least two years of recruiting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is a hybrid assignment lasting at least six months, with possible extension or conversion.

Manages site administration and office activities while supporting leadership and serving as the onsite liaison between employees and corporate HR. Responsibilities include coordinating HR communications and programs, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining training and safety records, tracking OSHA incidents, coordinating shipments, resolving employee requests, and supporting a positive workplace culture.

Owns technical support for ICP-MS and LPC laboratory instrumentation, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, method reliability, data quality, equipment performance, and process improvement. Leads corrective actions, validation, SOP development, continuous improvement projects, and technical guidance for lab personnel. Partners with quality, operations, management, production, customers, and vendors to resolve technical issues and improve laboratory capability.
