Lead design and implementation of foundational People programs (onboarding, performance, compensation, career development). Advise managers on org design and employee relations, build HR operations and compliance, support workforce planning, and create scalable people infrastructure and employee experience initiatives for a high-growth AI infrastructure startup.

Build and own full-stack platform features (primarily backend in Golang, frontend in React), design APIs and architecture, engage directly with customers, ensure scale and reliability, and develop infrastructure for AI agent workflows including tooling, observability, and guardrails.

Design and implement enterprise API-based infrastructure focusing on performance, stability, and compliance. Collaborate across teams to build AI products and ensure developer experience.
