Build and scale backend platform services for an AI gateway, including streaming responses, provider integrations, authentication, rate limiting, usage metering, cost tracking, observability, and resilient distributed infrastructure. Collaborate with founders, research, product, and customers while contributing across platform and AI evaluation products. The role requires strong Golang experience, production backend expertise, and onsite work in San Francisco three days per week.

Build and manage target accounts across healthcare payers, managed care organizations, and risk-bearing provider groups. Generate executive-level meetings and qualified pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, industry networks, and events. Engage senior healthcare leaders, lead discovery conversations, represent the company at industry conferences, and develop repeatable commercial processes alongside the founders. Maintain account intelligence and tailor messaging to complex healthcare buying committees.

Founding Engineer will design and build full-stack product features, integrations, and AI capabilities; lead customer deployments and onboarding; ensure performance, reliability, and scalability; support incidents and operations; and establish engineering practices, testing, deployments, and observability while mentoring future hires.
