Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships; oversee structural design and quality control; supervise engineering staff; lead proposals and project close-outs; support marketing and company technical programs.

Performs entry-level structural engineering tasks including calculations, creating and marking up drawings, preparing details, BIM work, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with project teams under senior supervision.

Lead and oversee structural design, quality control, and technical coordination on projects. Supervise and mentor junior engineers, support project planning, budgets, construction administration, technical innovation, and client relations.
