Provides comprehensive administrative support to the CFO and CLO, including complex calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meetings, events, offsites, board materials, and stakeholder communication. The role requires proactive prioritization, discretion, sound judgment, and process improvement across Finance and Legal while working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

Owns company-wide procurement as the first in-house buyer, managing sourcing, vendor relationships, negotiations, contracts, renewals, purchasing workflows, spend visibility, and vendor risk reviews. Partners with Finance, IT, Legal, Security, Marketing, People/Ops, and business leaders across software, services, travel, and events. Builds procurement processes, drives savings and favorable commercial terms, and guides stakeholders through disciplined purchasing decisions.

Commercial Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate technology, SaaS, vendor, licensing, reseller, partnership, and data-sharing agreements. The role advises business teams on IP, privacy, security, AI, and software licensing, reviews marketing contracts, develops legal playbooks and policies, monitors regulatory changes, and supports broader corporate, compliance, and legal operations matters.
