Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews, support a high-volume recruiting process, and deliver a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include preparing interview materials, greeting and guiding onsite candidates, arranging meeting logistics and refreshments, and assisting with recruiting projects such as interviewer training, employer branding, and referral programs. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area four days per week.

Leads Peregrine’s financial planning and analysis function, including long-range modeling, annual operating plans, forecasting, variance analysis, unit economics, investment cases, and executive reporting. The VP will build financial infrastructure for growth, support financing and IPO readiness, automate manual processes using AI, and recruit and develop a high-performing FP&A team. The role partners closely with the CFO, Controller, executive leadership, Board, and business leaders.

Lead and scale Peregrine’s accounting organization, overseeing close processes, revenue recognition, audits, financial reporting, internal controls, international consolidation, and NetSuite optimization. The Controller will build scalable finance infrastructure, support IPO readiness, manage technical accounting matters, and develop a high-performing accounting team while partnering closely with the CFO and cross-functional stakeholders.
