As a Founding BDR, you will enhance outbound sales by developing a BDR function, creating strategies, and collaborating with multiple teams to drive leads.

Lead and execute full-funnel B2B SaaS marketing: demand generation, lifecycle/nurture in HubSpot, content/SEO, brand and social, analytics and attribution. Manage agencies, own pipeline metrics (CAC, payback), use AI to run experiments, and collaborate closely with sales and customer teams.

Lead and grow the engineering org, align engineering priorities with product and business, hire and manage engineers, improve velocity using AI tooling, remain hands-on to unblock teams, and set engineering culture and processes.
